Who we are

MN Consulting is a consultancy that works with clients worldwide, remotely and on site. This page explains what personal data this website handles. For any question about it, email info@mnconsulting.io.

Analytics

With your agreement, we use Google Analytics to see how people find and use this site: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, and whether they click "Book a call", the email link, or request a guide. This uses cookies and is set only if you choose Accept analytics. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie choices link in the footer. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Booking a call

"Book a call" takes you to a Google Calendar booking page. The details you enter there, such as your name and email address, are used to schedule and hold the call, and are processed by Google as well as by us. The call is held on Google Meet and may be transcribed with Gemini so we can take notes.

Email

If you email us, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Guides

If you request a guide, the form asks for your name and email address. We use them so we know who has the guide, and so we can reply if it is useful. The form is sent through Formspree, which emails the submission to us. The guide is emailed to you through Resend, an email delivery service.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel, which records standard technical logs, such as your IP address, when pages are requested. The fonts are served from this site, not from Google.

How long we keep data

We keep emails, guide requests and call notes for as long as we are talking to you about work, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us if you would like them deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw your analytics consent at any time. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
